laciescom was created by Angel Manuel Torres Hernández in the town of Ciales, Puerto Rico, where he started with the concern and interest in computerized systems.


Ángel Manuel Torres Hernández is a Computer & Information Systems Administrator / Digital Solutions Consultant / Web Developer. Passionate about creating new projects and new ideas, also love to code and learn new languages and frameworks or any knowledge that helps him to improve.
